Wills
Our Wills Department can prepare Wills for:
- Both simple and complex Estates
- Generic Inheritance Tax advice
- Tax Planning
- Certainty for family and cohabitees is available, and we can write Wills for Nil Rate Band Trusts where appropriate (large Inheritance Tax savings may be achieved)
Our Wills Department also provides a service to write Powers of Attorney. It also can advise with regard to the Public Guardianship Office and the registration of existing Enduring Powers of Attorney or arranging receivership in cases where there is no Power of Attorney - often referred to as Court of Protection matters.
Probate
Our Probate Department is also able to set up appropriate trusts and provide a management service on an annual fee basis. Quotations for Probate can be provided by consultation with our Probate manager and are dependent upon the complexity of the Estate and the overall time that we feel will be needed to finalise all matters. Quotations may be arranged as a fixed lump sum or on a stepped percentage scale.
